Guys, before you judge yourself fat or not, let’s calculate your ideal type by using Body Mass Index ^_^
The formula is simple
BMI = your weight (in kg) : your height2 (in meter)
And the catagories are :
If your BMI less than
18.5 it means you are underweight
If your BMI is between
18.5 – 24.9 it means you are ideal or normal
weight
If your BMI is between
25 – 29.9 it means you are overweight
If your BMI more than
30 it means you are obesity
For the obesity one, it’s not too good for your health. But don’t
be shy ^_^ you can keep your healthy by doing exercises and eating health food.
And don’t forget always be a nice guy. So other people will not always value
you from your physical, but from personality. Ok ^_^
